The MTV Europe Music Awards 2015 was all about Justin Bieber.
Bieber gave a flawless performance for his all his fans. And boy, have his fans been through a lot. Justin had his share of mishaps in the past year (Re: DUI, vandalism), so releasing a song called, “Sorry” seemed only fitting. And apparently his fans have forgiven him.
The 21 year old made a musical comeback this year with a number one song. And he won 18 awards, setting himself as the record holder for the most MTV EMA awards ever won. Justin beat out fellow stars Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Jason Derulo and the awards show’s host Ed Sheeran to win Best Male for the 6th year in a row.
In his acceptance speech, Justin said: “Wow thank you it’s been a long couple of years. I just feel like this is pretty awesome to be recognised for my music. I want to thank my fans, my mum my dad, God and everyone I love you thank you.”
He performed “What Do U Mean” live to a very enthusiastic audience. He threw in some of his famous dance moves, gyrating against female dancers. And was pitch perfect the entire time.
He was dressed for the big moment, wearing red on red on red. He met host Ruby Rose shortly after his performance and they joked around about wearing the same outfit.
