Mio Ristobar Lamb Chops Recipe TorontoChef Ivan Zuniga from MIO RistoBar shared his beautiful baby lamb chops recipe with TorontoPATH.com.

Starting with french cut lamb (all butchered in house) and using simple ingredients, Chef Ivan created a succulent dish.

 

 

Meat seasoning:

-extra virgin olive oil

-lemon salt

Vinaigrette:

-extra virgin olive oil

-lemon juice

-dijon mustard

Salad

-greek yogurt with water strained out

-mint, dill, salt and pepper

-wild arugula

-vinaigrette

Directions

Season the meat, put on the grill, make the salad, and pile the lamb chops up elegantly on the plate. It’s really that simple.

Tips: Make sure the grill is hot, but be careful, french cut lamb can burn easily.

What amazes me about Chef Ivan is his technique and efficiency, making high-end dishes look easy.
